Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for same day cancellations. Thank you for understanding. A 10–15-minute grace period is provided for all clients. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no show. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. A new booking deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. To secure your appointment, a $50 non refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your balance at the time of your appointment. Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment one time, provided it is done within 48 hours.
